1. A 30-minute call with Dean. You describe the situation; he tells you where AI fits and where it doesn't.
2. A written summary within two working days. What we heard, what we would do first, and what we would leave alone. It is yours to keep whether or not we work together.
3. A scoped proposal, only if there is a fit. Fixed scope and a fixed price, agreed before any work starts. If there isn't a fit, we say so on the call.
